For young adults navigating friendships, social situations, work, and life after school

Making friends and building social connections can be hard, especially once the built in structure of high school or college is gone.

​

This 6 week therapeutic group is for young adults in their early 20s who would like more opportunities for connection and support as they navigate friendships, work, and adult life.

​

The group will offer a supportive place to meet other young adults who relate to these experiences, talk through everyday social challenges, practice new skills, and build confidence in social situations.

​

This group may be a good fit for you if you:

• Want more friendships or social connection but aren't quite sure how to make that happen
• Worry about saying or doing the wrong thing socially
• Find conversations or unfamiliar social situations challenging
• Find some of the unwritten social expectations of adult life confusing

Group Details

Dates: Meets 6 consectutive Mondays beginning October 19
Time: 6-7PM
Location: Firefly Counseling & Wellness, Sandy Hook
Group size: Limited to 8 young adults
Fee: $480 for the 6 week group
